Directions for use
Ac power grid insulation monitor is used to detect adverse grounding grid for ship communication alarm equipment.
1.This equipment is used for continuous monitoring the ground under 500 v ac power distribution system of the electric circuits of the ship in the
insulation resistance between the anomalies and insulation resistance in the power grid, the alarm value of insulation resistance is lower than the
instrument set a sound and light alarm signals.
2.The effective measurement range of the instrument for 0.005-5MΩ, alarm value of 0.01MΩ,0.03MΩ,0.06MΩ,0.1MΩ a total of 4 file.
3.Outside the alarm signal output capacity of DC24V/3A or AC220V(max)1A.4,5 for a start, 5,6 for the normally closed end.
4.Correct connection, connected to the power, the power indicator, testing instruments, indicating value of the pointer is the grid insulation
resistance value.
5.According to set the alarm value, and setting range switch to the corresponding file value, when the grid insulation resistance is lower than
the set value, the instrument will output alarm signal, and the color lamp lit at the same time. When back to normal, the insulation resistance
instrument alarm status to canceled.
6.In the same network, can't use two monitors or other instruments and measuring insulation resistance of the same network.
7.To determine whether instruments work normal band switch can be transferred to the introspection gear, can conduct self-inspection, self-checking instrument internal simulation test to resistance, when after the self-checking instrument must be restored to normal working condition.
8.This instrument can be divided into single way grid insulation monitor or dual grid insulation monitor of power, lighting, single-channel grid insulation monitor can take 4-20 ma analog output signal, analog output accuracy of 1%.
Attention:This measure 0 to 5Ω, rated voltage is AC220V or 380V.Other specifications can also be customized according to
the requirements of customers, using the environment with 96 other tables.
